EPC FOR WATER TREATMENT AND FACILITIES                 EXPANSION AT WEST QURNA

Construction Manager

Project management, detail design, engineering, procurement, inspection and testing, supply and transportation, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and providing assistance during start-up and performance tests of various facilities. This includes the extension of high pressure (HP) and medium pressure (MP) produced water headers for transferring water to the new Produced Water Treatment (PWT) Unit, installation of a new PWT unit with produced water storage and treatment systems, and implementation of a new Water Injection (WI) system. The WI system consists of a low pressure (LP) water distribution unit at the Central Process Facility (CPF) with a new Treated Water (TW) tank and LP pumps, a new LP water distribution pipeline to transfer TW to remote Well Pads (Well Pad #07 and Well Pad #11/1A), and a high-pressure injection system at Well Pad #07 and Well Pad #11/1A with new HP Water Injection pumps, relevant HP injection manifolds, and injection well hook-ups. Additionally, the project includes the installation of a Vent Gas Compressor Unit (VGCU) for a new H2S disposal system at CPF, extension/expansion of utility systems, and other related tasks.

EPC FOR YAMAMA PILOT PRODUCTION FACILITIES AT                                              WEST QURNA (PHASE 2)

Deputy Construction Manager/ Civil Superintendent

Detail design, engineering, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, mechanical completion, commissioning, start-up, and performance testing of facilities according to project specifications. This includes overseeing the development of surface facilities for three oil production wells (Y678, Y787, Y831) and associated flowline gathering networks, as well as managing civil construction for pilot production facilities at three locations, involving earthworks, excavation, foundation, compaction, soil backfilling, and site grading. The project also involved managing the power supply from the existing Mishrif network, controlling and monitoring operations through Integrated Control and Safety Systems (ICSS) and Emergency Shutdown (ESD) push button, integrating telecommunication and security systems with existing facilities, managing project material for each discipline, installing fiber optic cables between well pads, and implementing HVAC systems for substations and fire alarm and detection systems. Additionally, overseeing the procurement of necessary equipment, tools, spare parts, lubricants, and chemicals, organizing transportation of materials, equipment, and personnel, conducting performance tests, clearing punch lists, and ensuring a smooth hand-over to the company. Successfully achieving final acceptance and providing operational and maintenance personnel training.

Infrastructure of Third Phase of Riyadh Bus Transit Project (Package A & Package B)

Section Chef/Field Civil Engineer

The project mainly included 22 km road reconstruction works. Within this context King Abdulaziz, Imam Shafi & Khaled Bin Walid roads were reconstructed from building to building with all the infrastructural systems under the roads. In addition, all the hardscaping and landscaping works have also been performed at the corresponding road areas. On the other hand, 11 pairs (22 ea.) of bus rapid transit system stations, 1200 ea. community bus stops and 6 ea. pedestrian bridges with all civil, mechanical and electrical works supplied and installed.

Design, Build & Construction Services for King Khalid Air Base                                            (KKAB) Khamis Musayt/Saudi Arabia

Field Civil Engineer

The scope of this project was design and construction of new support facilities in KKAB. Within this context 6,000 m2 Operations Facility, 21,600 m2 Dormitories (to accommodate 900 people), 11,000 m2 Student Center including classrooms, workshops and maintenance facilities, 790 m2 Administration Headquarter, 2,770 m2 Dining Facility, 530 m2 Training Center, 1,830 m2 Avionic POD Facility, 600 m2 Mosque and all utilities/pavements, infrastructures and renovation and upgrading of the existing air craft maintenance facilities have been constructed inside air base.

Construction of Storm Water Drainage Networks at Riyadh
                                                    East Districts Phase 2

Field Civil Engineer

Construction of Storm Water Networks with RC/GRP pipes and precast concrete box culverts including trenchworks, supply & laying of pipes and culverts, re-asphalting, traffic detours, thrustboring works and relocation of the existing utilities at East Distrcits of Riyadh City. Project scope includes more than 65 km of network upto dia 1400 mm, more than 94,000 m3 reinforced box culverts, 3,350 meters thrustboring works and related earthworks and asphalting activities.
